What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, for example when you request a quote, download our checklist, call, text or email us. This may include:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address or estate
- Your handover or move-in date
- Details about the work you need (landscaping, driveway, fencing) and anything else you tell us about your job
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote
- To carry out and manage work you engage us for
- To send you the New Home Handover Checklist and, if you agreed, occasional emails with new-home tips and offers from Front and Back
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them. Every email tells you how to stop receiving them. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us using the details below.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed to provide our services, for example with our website host and email providers, or with trusted contractors working on your job. We may also disclose information where required by law. Some of these service providers may store data outside Australia.
How we store and protect it
Your information is stored in our email and business systems and on our website hosting. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Our website stores a small note in your browser so we do not show you the checklist pop-up again after you close it or sign up. Our website host and plugins may also use essential cookies to make the site work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
